Our Centre
We established as an organisation in 1981 and were originally known as Kirkby Volunteer Centre. In October 2006 we
became a company limited by guarantee and changed our name to Our Centre. We now mainly focus on the development of
older peoples’ services, community transport and volunteering opportunities.
Mission Statement
Our Centre aims to work in partnership with voluntary and statutory organisations to provide a trusted service
delivery for the people of Ashfield, and be accessible to all.
